Did you know that kids who play Minecraft have been shown to get higher grades in classes like chemistry and biology later in life? Did you know that working on something with a small group of peers is one of the best ways to learn how to cooperate and build leadership skills? We do! That is why we bring back our most popular camp year after year. In Minecraft Teams, the campers are put in a team of five with one simple mission: To protect their base against another team’s efforts to blow it up! Our camp teaches techniques on building and using critical thinking towards a common goal. Don’t worry, your kids are not on minecraft for 3 hours. They spend roughly an hour (maybe a bit more) on the computers, the rest of the time they are designing, planning, and learning! At the end of the week, the teams go head to head in a race against time to see who can blow up the other team’s fortress!
