Minecraft is a curiously complex game. The block look fools a lot of people (especially parents) into thinking it is a simple videogame that kids spend too much time on. We disagree completely. Minecraft is as complex as you make it, while being easy enough for new players to dive right in. With Minecraft Mods camp, we help the kids to develop their ideas and skills, from visual based changes (such as skins, new blocks, and a new look to weapons) to more advanced skills such as full new biomes, new creatures, and super-powered weapons and armor. With the ability to test and rework all the creations, this camp lays the foundations for computer programming and experimentation, with goal based lessons and help doing research into how to make things possible. If your kid likes playing with mods on in Minecraft, this camp is the best way to get started in making their own!
