In this after school workshop, a team of up to 5 adventurers (age 10 to 15) will work together to create a monster fighting team! This four week workshop will meet once a week on Mondays from 5pm to 7pm, October 4th to November 1st. We will start off with character development, planning your character, stats, backstory, and skills. The second week we will choose the look of the character and find a 3D printable version. The third week will be painting and refining the 3D printed figure, and the last week will be a one-shot campaign to test the character out in a D&D session!
This workshop will help to develop skills in percentages, long-term goal setting, design, patience, painting, algebra, and how to work in a dynamic team. It will also give new players everything they need to know to join an existing D&D group in their school or neighborhood, or start their own!
