Lasers, man. Lasers! How many people can say they just made some cool things with lasers? Whether you want to get into the fast paced world of next-generation materials science, or just want to teach that Mr. Bond guy to mind his own business, there is no better way to get started than to gain some time ablating material with a beam of coherent light! In this two-week after school session, we will learn how the main laser at the Fab Lab works, by designing our own projects, and creating some pre-made masterpieces! From design through cutting and on to assembly and finishing, this program is something that you will not find anywhere else!
